Our daily life comprises of interaction with various stimuli from our internal and external environment through our senses. External stimuli such as light, sound and temperature can have significant effects on our health, mood and even sports performance. This talk will cover basic mechanisms of stimuli we experience on a daily basis and dive into possibilities to leverage them in order to influence our health and improve our sports performance. Good quality sleep, proper hormonal balance and improved concentration and alertness will be just few of the topics included in this talk
