I am a postdoc at the University of Lausanne, doing research on metabolism and immunology. When I am not in the lab, you can find me salsa dancing, drawing, learning how to ski - or doing science outreach, which I believe is a fundamental part of our job as scientists.

I am a research scientist interested in comparative genomics between species — I study what genes are the same and what genes are different in order to answer interesting questions about evolutionary biology. I get a kick out of all things genome-related and I love talk about this exciting field!

PhD student obsessed to understand how gene expression is regulated. I studied in Pisa, Jena and Dresden and now ended up in Lausanne. Biology has a huge impact on everybody’s lives, and we should therefore keep the public up to date with what we find out!
