Creative Music Therapy in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

This talk offers insight into the practice and research of creative music therapy in the neonatal intensive care unit, with a special focus on infants with congenital heart disease and their families. The presentation explores how live, individually tailored music therapy interventions can help stabilize medically fragile newborns, support their early development, and strengthen the bond between parents and their child in highly sensitive medical environments.
